Our 9 month old baby girl loves nothing better than to crawl on the grass and play with the fallen Norfolk Pine sprigs. Oh that and munching on a good hot chip, so what better way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon than fish and chips by the beach.
With our flake and chips wrapped fresh from the fryer, we tucked our parcel in the nooks of our arms and headed down to the lawn area just left of the jetty. We sat close by to other families who had the same idea and unwrapped our delicious feast.
We were automatically joined by a flock of seagulls, all desperate for that one chip to be thrown their way. They put on quite the show when we obliged, a display that brought a huge smile to our daughters face as 50 or so birds all competed for that little piece of potato!
With lunch done and dusted it was a slow meander back home along the Esplanade, another day in Paradise!
