Drive in via Oldham Street or Pier Street – NOT South Esplanade

The South Esplanade is NOT recognised by GPS or SatNav units, so if you are using one of these or a Taxi, please look for Oldham Street Glenelg - then you will find us easily.

We are just ten minutes from Adelaide International Airport and 20 minutes by car or Tram from Adelaide CBD.

I didn't get to meet the ladies at reception but I talked a lot with them over the phone. We didn't arrive till late at night and they had the room waiting for us - The Chapel - the heater was on and the room was very clean and comforting expecially after driving 15 hours ... I highly recommend the Seawall Apartments as everything about it is perfect!

Coming from the airport?

  • Drive out of the Airport Terminal along Sir Richard Williams Avenue.
  • Turn Left at the traffic lights onto Sir Donald Bradman Drive.
  • Turn Left at the traffic lights onto Tapleys Hill Road and drive alongside the airport until you reach Anzac Highway, Glenelg.
  • Continue on straight ahead along Brighton Road, over the tram tracks.
  • Turn right at the Pier Street traffic lights (you will see a BP service station and the Holdfast Hotel).
  • Drive towards the beach all the way.
  • Turn right into Oldham Street, the last street before you reach the end. You will see our car park on the left.

Coming from the city?

  • Head out of the city via West Terrace or South Terrace in a south-west direction.
  • Turn onto Anzac Highway and follow it all the way to Glenelg.
  • Turn left at the traffic lights at Brighton Road, Glenelg (you will see KFC).
  • Continue on straight ahead along Brighton Road, over the tram tracks.
  • Turn right at the Pier Street traffic lights (you will see a BP service station and the Holdfast Hotel).
  • Drive towards the beach all the way.
  • Turn right into Oldham Street, the last street before you reach the end. You will see our car park on the left.

Coming from interstate via the South Eastern Freeway?

  • When you see the lovely fountain at the bottom of the Freeway turn left onto Cross Rd towards Glenelg.
  • Drive along the full length of Cross Rd until you reach Anzac Highway.
  • Turn left onto Anzac Highway towards Glenelg.
  • Turn left at the traffic lights at Brighton Road, Glenelg (you will see KFC).
  • Continue on straight ahead along Brighton Road, over the tram tracks.
  • Turn right at the Pier Street traffic lights (you will see a BP service station and the Holdfast Hotel).
  • Drive towards the beach all the way.
  • Turn right into Oldham Street, the last street before you reach the end. You will see our car park on the left.
